As a regular customer, I was super disappointed with the treatment I got on my last visit. They have a new employee "Vell" who... was super rude and impertinent. No "Hello" or "Hi". He dropped by bread on the counter and continued to make my sandwich withthe same. He packed it in the worst possible way. I am attaching a picture to this review for the reference of both the storeand the prospective customers. He didn't even care to hand me my food or my receipt and told me "I was good". It is sad that assomeone who orders often here and is generous in his reviews for this place on DoorDash etc, they would be so shabby in theirservice. The food is good, as all subways are usually... however, some things stick out. 1. They don?t take your coupons. So, it is a... little unfair because you drive there and park etc. (Very busy place) to find that out. 2. Their scanner for the app andrewards doesn?t work. Those two things prompted me to write the review because they definitely make enough Business to affordto fix the scanner. They offered no reason and looked very quick at me telling me why it doesn?t work was not offered. It feltlike maybe they don?t want to take the coupon offers. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch spinach wrap. No other subway was as chap as this one that I've been to. All other subways put 2... full scoops and the 50%. This one put the 6inch worth on there. 2 slices of bacon all the rest put on 3-4. I mentioned it to thelady and she replies all 6inches like this. If I had a choice I'd give it NO stars, but i have to in order to leave a review. He rushed me and interrupted my moms order bc... he was rushing her while we were still deciding. EXTREMELY rude customer service I asked for the meal and she was rude couldn'tunderstand me I guess and didn't give me a cup. And the gentleman making the food very clearly huffed and rolled his eyes whenall i asked for was guac on the side. It's inside a gas station, with the staff hopping from one cash register to another - no sign of any food hygiene. Staff member... was impolite and only responded with grunts and barely audible sounds, he didn't speak much English. Most of the staff membersin there (including the gas station) struggle to understand English, and make up for it with ignorant body language. Read more
Literally walked into this place, gave it a once over, asked the cashier a question and walked out. It is connected to a gas... station and is not very clean on the inside. I asked the cashier if they took the coupon I had... he took it rolled his eyeslooked at it rolled them again and gave it back to me. I really did not want anything from this place! Read more
