This is the last time I go to this location. Every time I see teenagers working here who seem to hate their jobs. Zero... acknowledgment to any customers walking in. Very poorly trained staff. Ordered 3 smoothies. Got one in a few minutes. Waited 20 minutes for the other 2 with no reason or... apology. Go to a different location if you want a smoothie. Read more
The Abacoa location of Tropical Smoothie Cafe is absolutely terrible! The service is EXTREMELY slow (10 minutes for two... smoothies) despite there being almost no crowd. In addition, the drink I ordered, Mocha Madness, was disgusting - it was bitterand filled with chunks of ice. In hindsight, I should have ordered a fruit-based smoothie, but it is not much to expect thatevery drink on the menu must be prepared properly. Read more
If I can give them no stars, I would. I understand nobody is perfect and orders get messed up. They saturated our wraps with... so much dressing and sauce they were inedible. I ordered chicken quesadillas and the the preparer did not have the care to cutthem. Like I said nobody is perfect, but at least make an effort to make it right. They blamed Uber eats for the way theywere prepared. Last I checked, Uber just picks up the bags. This store sucks. Read more
Abacoa tropical smoothie is awful. 845pm got 3 smoothies and 2 chicken quasadias for my kids the 2 smoothies were worst then... watered down couldnt taste anything but ice and the quesadias consisted of a 2inch border of air with a pinch of cheese and 4small pieces of chicken not even worth. 50cents I called the next day and Sam answered he hung up when I asked for manager thenthe second time he said the manager /owner Ms. Joby said there was nothing they were willing to do to compensate for the$36dollars i spent no remake no money back. As someone who visited tropical smoothie a lot in the past time, i cant help but be disappointed with the recent quality of... service and food. Most of the times, whenever I go to a tropical smoothie location it is always a hit or miss as to wether ornot I get good food/service. This isn?t something I want when I?m going to be spending my money for something I want or enjoy.Its disappointing as well whenever I get rude service, or just bad service in general. Sometimes the smoothies can be reallygood, or it can taste like a cup of water and ice. Wouldn?t recommend for anyone unless you like testing your luck. Read more
Usually this place is good, but the smoothies are inconsistent. Sometimes the smoothies are made and taste great and other times... they put too much ice or something and they're really bland. If I were to estimate it, about 30% of the smoothies ordered have achance of just being completely bland. Read more
Place was filthy. Spent 18 bucks on 2 smoothies we dis not drink. Saw the rotten bananas after I went to complain. Not 1 fruit... or veggie fresh. Read more
