1. Didn?t open up on time 2. After coming back an hour after opening the cook was standing outside smoking a cigarette 3.... Absolutely no customers = taking the food home and taking a few bites then tossing in the garbage. The cook was nice so the 1star is for him. First time going and it was delicious! Fresh. Hot and nicely portioned. Will be going here again definitely worth the drive!
I decided to give this restaurant another chance since the first time they opened in my area I wasn't impressed. So I walk in... ready to order and there's no one at the counter. There's a big sign at the counter that says "ring bell". I ring the bell, waitno one comes and all I hear is a television. I see a skullcap moving as I look over the counter and there's a man sitting there.I ring the bell again because I can't believe he didn't hear it the first time nor did he hear me walk in. Still nothing until Isaid " wow you didn't hear the bell"?! He says "you could have said something, what can I get for you"? Absolutely nothing! Iwill drive the distance through traffic to quality customer service elsewhere. Employees need to be mindful of whom walksthrough the doors of these restaurants after all their not at home. Read more
