I've been a patron of Jimmy's for years. I'm sad to say this, but things don't seem to be as good as they used to be. I visited... several times in the past few months, and each time I got fries which seem to hardly have any salt. Jimmy's used to have theperfect amount of salt on their fries every time. Also not a fan of the new interior design, seems rather boring and I miss thevintage memorabilia which really added to the experience when dining in. And probably the most annoying thing is that they arecharging near a 4% credit card fee. I understand that it costs the establishment money if customers use credit cards, but 4% isexcessive. I hope that Jimmy's returns to its former glory soon. Update: 8/6/22; I have given Jimmy's several chances to redeemthemselves over the past few months, but their quality has fallen so much. The fries have no salt added and they switched to avery low quality cheese wiz. Customer service is lacking. I will probably never return. I miss the old Jimmy's. Read more
I buy a double cheeseburger fries and chicken nuggets. I ask for a cup of water and they charge me. This place deserves to close... for being so garbage . I have never experienced being charged for tap water with a purchase...they could have the best foodever ( they definitely don't) I would never go back ! Read more
My husband ordered two plain hamburgers with fries, an order of fried cod fish and an order of perch and an Italian beef/sausage... combo. The fried fish has a good taste and is crunchy. The tatar sauce is good too! The fries are crinkled and were still hotwhen we got home. Our only complaint was that the combo didn't have beef. We ordered the combo with marinara sauce (the sauce isREALLY good (sweet)), mozzarella cheese and sweet peppers and it was pretty damn good, even without the beef. Read more
The wings were delicious. All of our food was hot and ready all at once. It's a very busy place which is a great sign of good... food. My only complaint is the chef salad is not a chef salad it is a garden salad. On the menu it should have betterdescription of how they make/ what goes on the salad. Never seen a salad like this.
