Horrible customer service. Wrong pizza delivered to me, they stated can only give me credit to pick up pizza from the store. Why... should I be inconvenienced for their error, nope only store pick available for pizza credit and if I wanted it delivered theywould charge me for the delivery. Keep your pizza! I tried to call and place an order and they were being very rude then hung up on me. I called three more times and was still... being ignored. A little dirty ATM. Very busy location: with Target/Starbucks/ Pizza Hut, Jersey Mike's, soon to add to the family Teddy's... Bigger Burgers, Starbucks, food and fork or whatever, as well as a few food trucks nearby Domino's pizza is definitely afavorite amongst the people. No bathroom ATM. Terrible customer service. Yesterday, 4/16/2022 at around 2:20PM, my friend and I had ordered a pizza which we were told would... take about 10 to 15 minutes. We sat inside the restaurant waiting way beyond 15 minutes only to find out at the half hour markwhen my friend approached the counter to followup on our order, that it had already been done a while back. The guy that tookour order was very unfriendly and had absolutely no customer service skills. I can't help but point this out and hopingmanagement reads these reviews. Read more
