We eat here all the time and normally have great service and food. Today was the exact opposite. Once seated, waited over 20... minutes to order, never got drinks, and watched people seated after us leave before we had food or drink. Never actually saw ourserver and the manager that tried to help us was equally lost. Read more
Once we ate here, my whole family got diarrhea. After a while we gave another chance, maybe our stomach was just tricking us.... We ate again there. Think my whole inside just went down in the toilet. If you want a cleansing experience, just eat there. Read more
Yesterday's service was D best so far since the last time I visited Ihop.. Food was OK, kind of expensive for an appetizer... sampler for $16+. But I'll will definitely go back for that great service ???? Read more

Ugh, if you wanna pay $4 for coffee then this is your place. I felt the place was overpriced for what we?re used to ihop prices... or outside. Hence why the 2 stars. The food was average. We got some breakfast meals. The pancakes were good. Won?t go back hereagain. Servers were pretty nice but not worth the money. Read more

I didn't know Kahului IHOP was renovated; it has a modern feel and a great look! Everything else remains the same, still the... friendly faces, fast service, fluffy eggs, and hot coffee, everything you would expect on Maui. It can get pretty noisy near thekitchen, but the staff looks like they're having fun and confident in their abilities. Longer waiting times on the weekend butwell worth the wait. Read more
We tried to eat here today but after the horrendous Service from the host we decided to go somewhere else. We waited at the host... stand for 4 mins before she walked towards us, but then turned around and went and sat down at a table with other employees for2 more mins- and then finally came to the host stand- no ?hi? or anything , just ? Is a table ok?? We are locals and I?m in theservice industry- and the host either looks to be miserable or on drugs maybe both, even my kid said ?boy she looks unhappy? Iknow the servers are great- but I?ve seen this host look bad the last time, so they must be desperate for people. Read more
