So sad of an experience today! 1st - restroom looks as though it had not been clean for a week, 2nd atmosphere did not feel... welcoming, 3rd for about $18 for a full size sandwich is way to overpriced for its quality. Read more

Had 4 people in front of me. Took 40 minutes for us to order. They had 4 staff, all jumping into different positions constantly.... This location needs a full time manager on site to delegate. No one knows what they are doing. Food was good when we finallyreceived it. Read more

Subs are awesome but don't bother ordering through the Jersey Mike's app that they're pushing so hard. Let's say it's 1pm, you... order on the app, pay, and they tell you to come pick it up at 1:45pm. No worries, worth the wait. HOWEVER, when you get thereyou have to stand in the back of the regular line like everyone who has not ordered or paid yet. Could be two people could betwelve. Even though your order is already ready and bagged up and paid for behind the counter. So you get to wait twice, oncefor your scheduled time to come up, and another when you get in line at the store. Completely defeats the point of ordering fromthe app. Also the app was stressing how Covid friendly their pickup procedure is. What a joke. PS: if you type anything into theSpecial Requests box they will not see it. Happened to me three times in a row. I respect all the JM staff working hard andbeing polite. It's not them. I?ll have you know I am an expert new jersian having lived in jersey for 30 years. Well done execution of this franchise fast... speedy service and the food was solid I got the 44 Buffalo chicken. The stubborn soda is a bit rough in root bear. Drop a likeoff this was helpful. Mahalo Read more

I?ve come to choose here more often than subway, but it does cost more. Generally very friendly service and fresh delicious... ingredients. Hot subs can take a while when busy but they are made fresh and grilled to order, so that?s just how it works!Sometimes the place has emptied and there?s not a clean table to be found. I?ve had a couple orders come out wrong but they werefixed promptly! I appreciate the access to their clean restroom too. Will continue to be a regular customer. Thanks! Read more
