Food was hot and tasty. Chicken was very crunchy, service was quick, BUT, as of today, they are only offering take out and staff... is limited. It would have been nice to know that before driving nearly an hour to eat there. Read more
On 08/08/22 the waiters from Jollibee did not allow my husband and I to charge our laptops, citing house rules. This cafe has a... lot of tables near which there are sockets (in the public domain). At the time when we made the order, we were alone in thecafe, there was no other clients. But the manager gave us 10 minutes to put away our laptops. I can conclude that this is ahumiliating attitude towards their customers. Not only did we place an order and thought that we would have a delicious lunchand work on our laptops, we were practically kicked out of the cafe. This hurt our feelings very much, because this is the firsttime I have come across such an attitude towards my clients. I am very sorry to give a low rating, but the manager needs to bekinder to people, including his customers. Read more

There were other issues with my order but I will point out the most irritating one. There are chicken tenders in my bucket that... are the size of chicken nuggets. The inconsistency in the size of their chicken tenders is extreme. I have had some that are thewidth of 3.5 fingers across, others that are 1.5 fingers across and most recently the chicken nugget sized pieces. You can'tactually plan family meals with this because the amount of food you get each time is so extremely different. One days it'senough and the next day you will have to add something else to feed the same amount of people. For $32 plus tax this sad. Iordered the 10 piece bucket that comes with three (small in appearance) sides. It has been stated by several people that it'sexpensive compared to what you get, so I will not say more on that. Maybe if they get it together in the size dept I willcontinue to shop there but if not, I will be looking towards some of the new places opening up or something. There are itemsthat I have gotten without issue previously but the chicken tenders are my favorite. I also really love their pineapple BBQsauce, peach mango pies and adobo rice. But again, they are pricey compared to McDonald's apple pie and KFC sides. Read more
We got takeout. The food was fast and fresh . I got the chicken joy and spaghetti with a peach mango pie. The chicken was crispy... with a nice gravy to dip. The spaghetti was sweet and delicious. The peach mango pie was flaky and sweet. The price wasreasonable. Read more

It was our first time at Jollibee and we enjoyed it. The place is very clean and the food is good. The only thing weird is that... you have to ring a bell to enter because the door is closed, some patrons came to open the door for us. The staff has to cometo open the door for each customer, what a waste of time! Plus on the door bell there's a sticker saying: "Doordash or onlineorder" and they have signs that mention "Drive thru only", even though dine in is now allowed. Read more
