Stopped by McDonalds and noticed a consistency of service focused on drive through and Kiosk orders, rather than face to face... ordering at the register. It's change I am resistant to after a lifetime of face to face service. Read more

The food is the same but how it is being served is where people can make the difference. I find the restaurant could be much... cleaner on the inside. Next to that the servers could be much friendlier to the clientele. Read more
McDonald's getting 5 stars?? The Taro pie is amazing, I dont know why every McDonald's doesn't have it. The deluxe local... breakfast is delicious...looks plain but pour that soy sauce on it and you'll never get enough! Read more
What a joke. They messed up our order so bad. The person at the counter couldn?t even get it right three times. Lol maybe hire... better help. Also they don?t allow you to refill your drinks and they won?t refill them for you. Read more
The interior of this McDonald's is somewhat well kept. Service was decently quick, but nothing to write home about. When I... visited this location, the restaurant was practically empty and it seemed the staff just recently mopped the floor. The menuitems are a bit pricier here than on other parts of the island, likely due to the vicinity to the airport. The preparation ofthe food itself was rather shoddy which is surprising considering they were not working on any other order than mine at thetime. The mayonnaise in the McChicken sandwich I'd ordered somehow got smeared on top of the bun and the cheeseburger came outflatter than normal. Not really atypical of a McDonald's restaurant, but certainly not anything I'd consider impressive. Allin all, it's a decent place to eat if you can't make your way to any of the Wailuku McDonald's to eat. Read more
Convenient and usually a fast drive thru. Check your order before you leave. I have had to ask for my receipt several times.
