Pizza tasted old, hard and re-heated. more than one occassion
Ordered original pan but we got dry and slightly burned pizza.
Ordered pan pizza, p zone, Pepsi and fries, when ordered , first the tracker stated ordered received, tracker never moved driver... call and stated he was on the way, I brought the order in, pizza was barely warm and didn?t have any sauce, French fries coldand soggy, I ordered the meaty P zone, there was barely anything inside, I opened it up and there was 1 piece of pepperoni, theother meats were scarce, totally disappointed, one positive the Pepsi was cold, Read more

I placed an online order for two pizzas. When I arrived to pick up the pizzas, I was told that a man had just come in and picked... up my pizzas. First and last names of customers who have orders ready are easily read off a computer monitor on the wall. I wastold they would have to remake my order. I waited another 20 minutes before receiving my order. The cashier told me that it wasok because ?the man was hungry? and ? at least he ate it anyway?. It?s been a very long time since I?ve been this dissatisfiedwith a pizza order experience. My hungry children and husband were waiting for their lunch. It?s sad that customers do notmatter. My past few orders from this location have been consistent in quality. this order came very quickly, and just as ordered. Pizza... Hut has done a good job of trying to get better as I would not have said this a couple years ago about them. The pizza is greatand whatever they've done to the crust, keep it up...it is way better now! Read more
