My wife and I spent a week in Kona during May of 2018 and we ate several meals at Bongo Ben's. The Spanish omelette was our... favorite at breakfast time. Be sure to try the coconut syrup on their delicious fluffy pancakes. We enjoyed sitting at the barwhich faces the road and the ocean. It was beautiful at Sunset as we could see the sun slowly sink into the Pacific. Read more

Great place. Tons of free parking behind it. Breathtaking view of the ocean. We stopped here for breakfast and enjoyed it so... much we came back several times during our stay on the Big Island. The service was fast and very friendly. The food waswonderful with lovely presentations on the plate. I ordered the banana macadamia nut coconut waffles....they were amazing! Theatmosphere is very different at night, it is very cozy and has enchanting lighting. If you get a chance to stop here, you willnot regret it. Read more
This place has a great location and cool vibe, but everything else is average at best. The fish and chips at Captain D's are... probably better than the ones here. Our waitress was kind of salty, but other staff members we encountered were nice. I didenjoy the ocean view with sunset. Read more
What a great breakfast spot! Woke up early and found this place!! Biscuits are to die for and the special was a Baileys coffee.... Amazing view and superb service. Would definitely recommend! Read more
