Staff are friendly, fast, and accurate. They would get 5 stars. This rating comes down to corporate/ management choices that... directly irritate customers and lower their satisfaction. I appreciate the environmentally conscious choice of dishware.Unfortunately the main reason for two star rating, is the exact choice of paper straws. They are the worst straws I've everused, I can't believe they were ever made. After a few minutes they are mush, and make all beverages taste disgusting from thefirst sip. They absolutely will not allow you to get even half way done with a milk shake before they lose all functionality.There are other superior biodegradable straws, please consider another one, and do some basic use testing to gauge how it willaffect the customer experience with your food/beverages. Stopped in here the first night we got into kona (it was late, nothing else was open). Got 4 double cheeseburgers?. $25 ????... and to top it off they werent even good. The staff was friendly enough. Dry crumbly bun, flavorless meat, old vegetables, barely any sauce, drink wasn?t carbonated. 20 minutes in the drive through and... 17 bucks for a large whopper meal only to receive this?? 2 stars for hot fries I guess. Read more
It's sparkling clean here! Staff is nice and they have the Impossible Burger. Fries aren't great, but that every BK, and it's on... Hawaii so it's a bit expensive, but all in all a great place to eat! Read more
