We entered the drive thru around 7:35 tonight. We waiting in line and we?re stuck in line after being told at 7:50 that they... close in 10 minutes, were out of chicken tenders, and would not be making anymore for the night. I understand, but customer timeshould be just as important as employee time. A chain at the end of the drive thru would be sufficient enough to informcustomers the business will no longer be preparing orders when there is no way to exit the drive thru instead of having them bestuck in line. if i could i would give zero stars. use to like coming here but the past 2 visits was just terrible. went there 5/13 the drive... thru lady had no type of personality, didn?t even look happy to be there and very careless towards handling our bag. second timewas 5/15 placed a mobile order for a 10pc feast extra crispy, wasn?t even ready when we got there. was told it would take 15mins. i placed an online order for a reason and on top of that i was missing 2 of my items. tried calling the store but no onewould pick up. Ordered regular strips, got the spicy oil bath chicken instead, it was so bad I couldn't eat it. Order mash and gravy got fries,... ordered sierra mist got flat warm bubble water, no ice no syrup. Worst meal I've ever had. Read more
Ordered 24 hot wings, had to wait 12 minutes for them to cook which seams to be the norm at this location. We waited 20 minutes,... drove home to oceanview to find the gravy leaking from the new paper container and the chicken was burnt. $80 down the drain. Read more
Absolute rudest, workers, god forbid you ask for extra napkins!! And then your food looks like this? Look at the biscuits, and... that burnt black chicken leg?!? I don't give one stars lightly because I appreciate how hard it is to stay in business in the pandemic, the shortage of help,... and inflation. With that said, it was disgusting and not edible. Its obvious they didnt clean or change the oil because ittasted as though it was reused too many times to fry. That is a major foul for any establishment whose menu relies on deepfrying. If you mess that up, everything you do in that oil is bad and the oil was like motor oil that you see come out of yourcar when you went 10k miles instead of 3k miles for an oil change...ewwww.
