Rushed sandwich with half farted service. Even when sandwich is toasted twice it's still still stone cold with un melted cheese.... Mayo was accidentally put into one sandwich and the "maker" just scraped it out with thier finger and continued. Grumpy membersof staff. Read more
Absolutely disappointing. I ordered a sandwich online and made specifications on how I wanted it. When I got it, it was nothing... how I specified. It was not grilled, not cut, and the entire sandwich was drowned in sauce and onions. There was no bacon andbarely any chicken. The sandwich was mostly sauce and onions. Greatly unsatisfied. Tonight was the second time I?ve ordered (and paid for) food online, only to get to the store and find a hand written note... saying that they?d closed early. Both times this happened the employee was still there - but they ignored me as I tapped on thewindow and asked about my order. Subway Keauhou owes me close to $40 now. It?s also been a normal occurrence for them to noteven start making my online order until after I?ve already arrived to pick it up. I?ve been told ?Oh sorry, I forgot? SEVERALtimes - and even then, they?re in absolutely no rush to make the order. One guy was literally playing video games on his phoneinstead of making my order. I used to manage restaurants myself, so I know there is absolutely no excuse for any of this. Theservice here is absolute trash and after I get my money refunded, I won?t come back again. I used to come at least once a weekand never have any problems - but whoever is running it lately has ruined it. ..and they obviously don?t care because all thereviews here say the same thing. Got a tosted Philly sandwitch. The meat was cold, cheese unmelted, and bread was not toasted at all! When I asked if they could... toast it again the employee refused. We talked back and forth for a bit until another employee came by and said they would doit. Only redeeming part was that the beef was tasty. Read more
As of 2019 we had always been happy, regular customers, but service has deteriorated over the past couple years. It's as if... management isn't aware, or doesn't really care. Several times over the last 6 months I've gone in and there was only oneemployee, often flustered and/or surly, with no management in sight. They also run out of ingredients quite often. While we lovethe Subway brand, this is a franchise we'll be avoiding from now on. By contrast, we recently ate at the Waimea Subway--theservice was polite and prompt, the manager was training and supervising the employee, and nothing was out of stock. Read more
The little man taking our sandwich order was surprisingly aggressive. He broke a mayo container in his anger, and kept throwing... the meats and veggies hard, at the glass between he and us, and making nasty comments about haloes. It was disturbing anddisgusting. Read more
Good place for lunch. The staff was friendly. it took a little while to get the food but it was worth it. People had negative... reviews but we did not find it that bad. bit is subway after all. May be it depends on the servers. Read more
Pretty gross inside, seats have holes...Needs a Major Cleaning. Ended up canceling my order after guy making my sandwich just... left it on the counter after putting veggies on it for over 20 min while starting to make new customers orders, even though iwas sitting there waiting. Read more
