Much respect to the barista for working hard at helping a line. But for the owners, much of their stock was out when getting our... food and drinks. But more importantly, posting that people don't want to work is petty and generally wrong. When people don'twant to work for you, it is generally because they have found a job that pays better than what you are offering. So maybe keepyour opinions to yourself and help out your staff more. Very very friendly staff. I love this area! They have great open seating with beautiful views of the water. We?ve gone back... multiple times for the smoothies and shave ice. Good prices and great atmosphere. Nice area to relax in, you can hear the wavescoming in and see colorful fish in the water. Reasonable prices for products and the flavors were great! They dont have thatsyrup taste, they use real fruit. My fiancé got a kona coffee flavored shave ice and they used real iced coffee for theflavoring. Sorry dude behind the counter who was busy on his phone for wanting ice cream. We went there because of the recommendations from... the "blue book". He seemed annoyed that we were there and we were actually leaving before he asked us if we wanted to tryanything. Went to Gypsea Gelato down the street for some delicious gelato and 5-star service. Had a snow cone which was reasonably priced. First time trying it snow capped which was really good. Only complaint would be... that it costs extra for a very small amount of sweetened condensed milk on top. Should have more for the price. Read more

Astronomically Terrible service! the server ignored us for about 2 minutes while we clearly wanted ice cream. While within the... 17 minuits she took to ring though 2 cones and a coffee (which was served to us practically cold) my ice cream was basicallymelted. she proceeded to ask my mother if she wanted her coffee microwaved to be heated up instead of offering to make a freshpot when informed the coffee was cold( PURE LAZINESS ) not to mention it was extremely pricey and the employee was very clearlydisinterested in working due to literally having an open facetime call laid on the counter while she was working in very plainsight of the customers.
