I'm very disappointed with there drive thru today. They handed me my order and I grabbed a fry and it was not very hot at all.... So I asked if I could get some hot fries and said I was willing to pull into the curbside waiting and wait for them. The ladyat the window was so nice about it. She brings out the the fries and I thank her for her kindness and told her I appreciatedthe time she took to bring out hot fries. She commented twice repeating "he said they were fresh". So I tried a fry and theywere even colder than the barely warm ones I sent back. The shift supervisor was not customer friendly or caring in any way,and just sent out another batch of cold fries. DON'T GO HERE THEY MESS WITH YOUR FOOD, THEY ADD 3 FLAVORS TO YOUR COKE OR PROBABLY POSION YOUR FOOD
Touch less ordering via kiosks, but a little confusing. Order was processed fairly quickly. Food was hot and good.
2 issues. 1. About to be ignored when they knew full well I was about to ask for a refill. One of the workers looked at me then... looked at my cup and literally walked away without a word. The other worker refused to meet my eyes and if I didn't say "excuseme" multiple times, she too probably was going to ignore me. This level of customer service is deplorable. 2. They don't giverefills. I would have to buy another drink. I understand this back when the pandemic was at its height however it is past that.In fact I've been to other mcd and they have the self service back and offered new cups for refills. As far as I know this is ararity among mcd. If the need to pinch the pennies is so great that it prevents then from even giving a new cup, then Iconsider this a canary in the coal mine of more cost cuts and service cuts to come. Read more
Food was nice and hot even when I got it home. Strawberry milkshake was a delicious treat. Staff was friendly and fast.
Chicken nuggets came immediately and were incredibly warm. Not sure why this McDonalds is rated so low... very clean inside the... restaurant and no line to wait (I suspect because of the poor reviews existing) Read more
It's a McDonald's. There's nothing bad about this location at all so they get 5 stars. Meets all expectations if McDonald's is... what you're craving. Read more
