Only reason i gave it so many stars is because it's a McDonald's. Poor customer service everyone that worked there looked like... they hated their jobs! My family and I requested for a medium sweet tea for my daughter. Male Asian cashier with a rash all overhis body and dirty nails( description due to no name tags)stated "we only have sweetened" in a rude tone of voice! Brushed itoff and questioned what other fountain drinks are available, then gave my family and I dumb face, unless he just looks like thatall thMcDonald's! Staff was initially questioned due to fountain drinks being behind the counter and not instantly visible toguest upon ordering. On a good note food was what is expected of Mcdonalds and received the order quick! Read more
Cashier was new. The ad campaign for "air land and sea" ; you have to buy three sandwiches and put them together yourself:... Mc-chicken, Fish Filet and a Big Mac. Oregano mint Mc flurry is good Fritter was excellent. Just pricey surprise with thatpromo.???? Read more

I have been going to this McDonalds for 20 years - this morning - Christmas morning - will be last visit. I have endured poor... and extremely slow service for far too long and this morning at 0845am the drive up window order taker was rude when I misread acoupon - I canceled my order and left. This is not fast or friendly service... They could have approached my mistake betterand satisfied my order - after all we are talking about a $1.50 difference which I would have paid - I will not pay rudeservice. Read more
They got the order correct and in a timely manner. Its hit and miss at this McDonald's. They have some employees that have... been there for a long time, and they are great. Sometimes they put new people on the drive through that should be assisted bymanagers more closely because they struggle with your order, anything that is not prefabricated, and can really screw up theflow of traffic that leads to excessive waste of your time. A good clean McDonald's. This is a recently renovated McDonald's with good food. It is always a reliable fast food choice in... Kailua. It is not as packed as the fast food at Kailua towne center. There also aren't a lot if homeless at this McDonalds so itis pretty safe. Right next to the bus stop. Read more
I like the app I do and I like the rewards program my problem with the app is that there are limited options like if I want my... childs drink to be a large water cup I can verbally tell the person at the window but the option is not available in app. Ivehad more than a few problems with this location getting orders wrong as well as rude servers at the pick up window who lie toyou about availability of items. The cashiers at the back window are angels they show real Aloha the young newer employees inthe front talk over you dont wait for answers and they have no empathy when they get your order wrong.
