Best vegan pizza I have had, and definitely top 3 of the non-vegan pizzas if I remember correctly (been a while). Yes they are... pricey but you have to look at the work it takes them to make everything from scratch and the ingredients aren't cheap. I havecooked vegan food for years and I can guess they make their cheese with a cashew base, you know how much a pound of cashews runsfor? Costs around the same as 5lbs of mozzarella from costco, and that's just one ingredient in the cheese. Wont even get intomaking the meats and sauces.
