I thought I was lucky stopping by around lunchtime and being the only car in the drive thru...apparently I was just out of the... loop on this location. I had to repeat my order 3 times and they took way too long to get our food out. Once it came out, theorder was incorrect, we asked for a Dave's single no onions, no pickles and it came all the way. Their chocolate frosty machinewas down so we tried ordering 2 strawberry frosties and they came out runny and almost frothy in texture. Not going to come backto this location again. Read more
After I received my meal package was asked if I got my drink and replied no. At every purchase no matter where I always get... drink first. Because of this i felt like straw was omitted. When asked for a straw was told in the package. Left and came to astop light and no straw. Somewhat out of the way and time costing since headed to Hawaii Kai. Very difficult drinking out of acup on a bumpy road without spilling. Small kine spills but very annoying. Never worked fast food but must be tougher than itlooks. Read more
This place is a joke my 7$ biggie bag burger bun had mold on it.my baconator fries was burnt and messy,unreal obviously these... worker don?t look at the bun and Quality?s is not the recipe for this place really disappointing, look before you eat Read more
I hate doing this but after a few bad experiences I have to leave a review. I would say 6/10 times I?ve been to this location,... my order has been wrong. This morning, I finally decided to give their breakfast a try. Went through the drive through at 940am.Ordered eventually, and then waited an abnormal amount of time. Two cars in front of me gave up waiting and left. I sat for 10more min with 1 car collecting their food and thought okay, I?ll give it it 5 more minutes. STILL didn?t move. Ordered taco salad, they forgot the chili and tortilla chips. Also gave me wrong drink and no straws. So now I got an incomplete... salad that won?t get eaten since it?s missing the main ingredient of chili. Read more
Fun lunch. Fast friendly service. Convenient location. Easy free parking. Staff keeps the place immaculate. Very good... unsweetened iced tea, not bitter and burned. Lovely mountain view. Airy decor and comfortable seating. First visit. I will beback soon! Read more
There are no Wendy's in Honolulu, so I went to this one. There was a wait in line. The clerk wasn't very nice, but I was direct... with my order and didn't give him a chanxe.to be rude, even though he wanted to be. I ordered the most expensive burger combowhich was a Bourban Pretzal burger. I also ordered a taco salad and a large Frosty. The Taco salad was not what I expected. Itwas a bit of lettuce, a side if chili and a bag of.generic tortilla chips. It was like they forgot to put it together. No bigcrunchy taco bowl. They did not put any napkins in my to-go bag. I asked for a drink carrier and the kid at.the register justpointed, annoyingly. There were two employees, who were off of work, just sitting in the dining room. The guy was giving medirty looks, because his girl liked me. I'm tall and good looking. The Wendys employee giving me the stink eye was short andaesthetically challenged. I paid $25 for this lunch. We usually go on Sundays for take out because I really like the honey chicken biscuit. When they first opened, there were... mistakes with my orders (wrong sandwich, etc. It was expected since they were new). One year later, still mistakes. We ordered asausage egg biscuit, honey chicken biscuit and a croissant chicken bacon sandwich. We ended up with 2 sausage and egg and nohoney chicken biscuit. We went back and she gave us the honey chicken biscuit at no charge. 3 stars because this is happeningeven after one year. Read more
