Last Monday (Nov 21) four of us had a early dinner and the restaurant was busy - they were short staffed for servers, but our... server was Katie O. and she was excellent. Even though she was very busy, she never appeared rushed while taking our orders ortalking to us. My family and I absolutely love the waitress, Rhonda, that works the day shift. She is so friendly and very sociable. On a side... note, my sister and I dined in tonight and had the server, Drew. This is another server whom we adore! He was very efficientwith his tables. I think we had only sat 5-10 minutes before we were fully served with drinks, apps and main entreés. I wasimpressed with how busy they were so I spoke to the manager, Hannah, and boasted about Drew's service. I hate the fact my girls love this place ???? The service is fine. The food is consistently bad. The last 4 times I've been... forced to endure a meal here has had my order served to me wrong 3x, and even after 2 of the 4 times they asked me kindly (againservers have been great every time) choose different entree entirely due to menu items being out. Booths have that "big guyjust worked 12 hours in a hot warehouse" stank to them and I stuck to just about every surface I dared touch. Sadly I willreturn, because my love for my children and their happiness supercede my need for good food and clean dining seating. Read more
