I?ve wanted to come this way a very long time & call in to Bell?s. I was glad I did. The staff was very friendly. I?ve worked... in a brewery & cringe whenever someone orders a flight. However, guilty as hell your honor & had a nice flight served with agenuine smile & kind words. We didn?t eat dinner. We saw some dishes & it looked good. They have a back room events type areabig enough for a worthy small concert venue. This night The Arena Rock Band or similar name (70?s & 80?s cover band) was soundchecking for a sold out show later. I closed out my flight with a full pour of HopSlam. We visited the store after, got somecarry out, swag & left happy. The industrial feel of the area as well as being right on the Rail Road Tracks made it seem thatmuch cooler. FYI ~ They like you (at least when we called in) to get table, grab the number on the table & bring it to thecounter & then the food is delivered to your table identified by your number. The good thing is you walk away with your beer &don?t have to wait for it to be delivered. Read more

There is always a certain charm when visiting the Bell's Eccentric Cafe, located in the heart of their original brewery. As... expected you can get Bell's flagship beers, but also you get access to a few cafe only beers. Once in awhile the cafe will havea ton of special beers during and after events like Roll out the Barrel. Definitely worth the trip if you want to sample somespecial stuff. I'll be honest, it's not very often that we have a meal at Bell's. During this last trip we tried their smashburgers. I'm confident in saying that they have the best burger in Kalamazoo. If you're visiting Kalamazoo it's worth thetrip. Don't forget to stop at the Bell's General Store to grab some beer to take home. Read more

Having made it a destination for decades every time I'm here I see change. Great staff, great food and even greater beers.... Parking is easy if you get in early enough. Tons of outdoor seating to take in the end of summer. Read more

This whole setup is top notch. Restaurant and taps inside, concert venue and flexible outdoor seating outside. Incredible beer... all around, and they are booking fantastic acts. I just say I am biased on the last bit since the Mountain Goats are my favoriteband, but honestly that's a pretty big pull for a brewery beer garden. The place can hold a huge crowd. They also had multipleplaces to grab a drink, accessible seating for those who didn't want to stand for the show, and excellent vibes overall. Read more

Decent atmosphere. Alright beer. Nice outside garden. Fish and chips, no malt vinegar...fries like shoe string potatoes, hard... and crunchy. Fish is a skin on fillet. Not so good. Read more

We took a road trip to Kalamazoo to go to Bell's Eccentric Cafe, mainly because my husband needed to go to their store to get a... gift for a friend. So we made it worth our while and went to the cafe for dinner. My husband had the burger of the week (bacon, jalapenos, cheese, and other things I can't remember). He declared it delicious. I had their house salad with chicken. I'm not afan of goat cheese, which is one of its ingredients, so I swapped that out for cheddar, and had it with ranch dressing. It wasquite yummy. I'm not a beer drinker, so I had water. My husband tried two of their cafe only beers, but I'm not sure which ones,to tell the truth. He liked one, but wasn't a huge fan of the second. But that's part of the fun of going and trying differentones. We had a good dinner and he got the gifts, so it was a fun and successful night out. Read more

This is beautiful place inside with a restaurant, a beer garden, beer patio, two bars and two stages for your enjoyment. The... beer is phenomenal and they make plenty of different kinds to please even the fussiest beer drinker. I can't wait to come backand check out a concert in one of their stages while sipping on my favorite beer. The place doesn't look like anything fromoutside the parking lot, but once you walk inside you're in for a nice treat. The place has a medieval times and barn look onthe inside. The staff is friendly and do their best at helping you pick your favorite beer. The management only allows them tolet each customer taste a maximum of only two beers for free, which is unusual in the micro brewery industry. They also have adescent amount of bar food, but I only had the nachos. I was not impressed, the nachos were mostly corn chips with very littlemeat and cheese in them, not worth the money. Read more
