From the moment I walked in the worker behind the counter was very rude. She made sure I knew they were closing in 7 mins and... acted like she didn?t want to take my order. I told her I was just picking up a few bagels to go and she had such an attitudewhen asking what I wanted. She has her headphones in and was very aggressive in her approach. Won?t be going back. Bagels are okay but this place never seems to make a decent coffee; muffins were also dry, ruining the flavor.
They act like making bagel sandwiches is rocket science. Sandwich is wrong 90% of the time. I don?t get sides I don?t get a... drink I get a single sandwich and they can?t ever get that right. Wrong bed wrong near or when I customize it?s never done. Read more

I have stopped into Big Apple Bagels a few times, while I enjoy their bagels I think I prefer a local shop. We?ve had a few... errors when ordering, my partner asked for a turkey and egg bagel sandwich and received her meal without meat. The bagels aren?ttoasted enough in my opinion, even when ?double toasted?. I will say that compared to the local shops, their cream cheese istop tier; Chedder Jalapeño, specifically.
