I was the 6th car in the drive thru lone and waited 12 minutes to place my order, and another 10 minutes before getting my... order. Ordered Mocha Latte, and coffee ended up being a little grittier and darker tasting than other locations. Not what Iexpect from Biggbys. Read more
As I love BIGGBY coffee this time was very disappointing I ordered a frozen coffe they said it was to late to blend it due to... closing in 45 min ok so I said I?ll take it iced not a Big deal but when I get only 5 mins away I noticed it taste like sourmilk so I had called to make sure the milk/creamer was not expired the lady on the phone dismissed trying to look at it andexplain to me they checked it already this morning and it hasn?t been sitting on the counter it?s fine nothings wrong with it soI just spent $6 dollars on a drink I have to throw away because it taste like spoiled milk Read more
I live right by this location. Parking lot is a mess, slow services, employees ask for tips when they get orders incorrect.... Today I got 2 medium iced coffees and I got 2 smalls. $12 for 2 small coffees and you still expect a tip? Not a chance. Covid isover. I keep trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt because they seem short staffed. Today was the second time I waited... for about 15-20 minutes. The upsetting part is that five or six vehicles placed their orders after me and were served first. Abetter system would be great! Read more
BIGGBY is one of those hit or miss types of coffee places. Most of there stuff is delicious. I always get a latte and usually... switch up the kind every time, however it?s the lattes are hit or miss. Either it?s booming with flavor or none at all. This location is becoming a new on the go favorite of mine, nearly half way home from work! The new waffle and bacon and waffle... and sausage sandwiches are great. I am not a fan of the new maple bourbon lattes...might be better iced or frozen? Read more
Definitely ask for your receipt!! I've never gotten a receipt from here unless I specifically ask for it. Lately I noticed that... I've been overcharged. Turns out they are upping the prices and they are not what is posted on their boards. As well as I have asuspicion that the ladies might be charging tips without asking if people want to tip.
