My boyfriend and I eat here frequently. At least 3 times a month. My food is usually ready by the time it says it will be but... the food is not consistent. The amount of sauce on wings typically differ from every order. Sometimes they are very very dry andsometimes they are as saucy as can be????Although I have returned several times and have chose to overlook small mistakes, Ihave noticed that they tend to miss my extra sauce or veggie sides & they have not once taken the Tomatoes off of my wrap???? Have been here for over 2 hours. Told it was going to be a 25 minute wait. Waited over an hour and a group that came in after us... were seated before us. Finally get seated and took 15 minutes to even see a server and another 10 to get drinks that werebrought in to-go cups. Then told only fried food so there goes ordering a sandwich or a wrap. Would have been nice to knowduring our 1 hour and 45 minute wait. Still no food going on 2.5 hours of sitting and waiting and not even being checked on. Theworst BDUBBS experience in history. Only reason I'm giving a 3 star is because the cooks are at least killing it. The past 4 orders the staff running the takeout... area by the kitchen have been mid. Was really excited to come we don't eat out often and its a favorite of mine. It took over an hour to get our food. The fries... were cold.
