My boyfriend and I eat here frequently. At least 3 times a month. My food is usually ready by the time it says it will be but... the food is not consistent. The amount of sauce on wings typically differ from every order. Sometimes they are very very dry andsometimes they are as saucy as can be????Although I have returned several times and have chose to overlook small mistakes, Ihave noticed that they tend to miss my extra sauce or veggie sides & they have not once taken the Tomatoes off of my wrap???? Have been here for over 2 hours. Told it was going to be a 25 minute wait. Waited over an hour and a group that came in after us... were seated before us. Finally get seated and took 15 minutes to even see a server and another 10 to get drinks that werebrought in to-go cups. Then told only fried food so there goes ordering a sandwich or a wrap. Would have been nice to knowduring our 1 hour and 45 minute wait. Still no food going on 2.5 hours of sitting and waiting and not even being checked on. Theworst BDUBBS experience in history. Only reason I'm giving a 3 star is because the cooks are at least killing it. The past 4 orders the staff running the takeout... area by the kitchen have been mid. Every order I've placed they either didn't write down the right order or like today. Gave myorder away. Luckily the person came back but still...why should anyone take food that's left the store. Been to multiple bdub across the US and this is by far the worst. Wings were the smallest I have ever seen. I gave 2 star cause... the sauce was pretty good. Other than that the wing was small and overcooked leaving hard pieces in my mouth Read more
I placed a order on the app and set my pick up time for 6pm. I waited over a half hour for my food. I was asked multiple times... my name and how I ordered with no outcome. Everybody else who was waiting for their food. My food was never made until a halfhour after my intended pickup time. Regardless of how nice the perks are of the app I will be placing phone orders as this wasnot the first time this has happened to me with a mobile order. The food is amazing and the staff are wonderful I just thinkthey need a better system of handling online orders. Read more
Had to give 1 star but would have preferred 0 stars!!! This was the worst traditional wing experience from Buffalo Wild Wings I... have ever had!!! Waited longer than I should for take out only to have the wings come out very low quality, not crispy, notfresh and Luke warm. The wings were stuck together. It was hard to tell what was a flat and what was a drummy. The skinwasn?t crispy. Almost had some kind of coating on it that doesn?t belong on a traditional wing!! Definitely not the usualwings that they are known to use in the past. The wings were rubbery and contained tons of tendons and fat, and dark brokenbones. A good chicken wing contains a white bone when prepared and cooked properly. It was almost like they used the cheapestbag of frozen wings you can cook! I will NEVER return here. Was really excited to come we don't eat out often and its a favorite of mine. It took over an hour to get our food. The fries... were cold. We got both types of the bar pizza I asked for ranch on the side it was still all over the pizza. There were 5 of usand the only thing we liked were the fried pickles and we are not picky people.
