2 stars is probably being overly generous. Placed an order through the app at 9:40 pm, with it stating my order would be ready... by 9:49 pm. I arrived at 9:53 p.m. . And here I still stand waiting for my food, a whole almost 30 minutes later. It took almost10 minutes to get anyone to acknowledge the fact that I was there to pick my order up, and then me sitting there waitingwatching as they take care of every single person in the Drive-Thru before they even consider to try to get my order done.Considering there was at least five different people in that little restaurant working, it's hard to believe that it took themthat long to get my order ready. It seems for the most part that they were fully staffed and should not have had such an issueto get these orders out even considering that my order was not a big one it was two burgers a fry and a soda. On the plus side,it was fantastic to know that they do not care about the fact that their employees are wearing wireless earbuds while making thefood and what kind of health hazard that could cause. I usually love this location. I've currently been sitting in line for 45 minutes. The car in front of me has been flat out... ignored for the last 20 minutes at least. The food is good but this wait is ridiculous. Read more

This review is not about the food or employees. Food is always delicious, employees are always kind and helpful. This review is... about that AWFUL robot at the drive through. Totally impersonal. Annoyingly asks for things I don't want. Would this robotunderstand me if I had a speech impediment? Is this the first step in fully automating the franchise? As soon as I see cooksgetting replaced I will never eat there again. A highly concerning black mark on an otherwise fantastic restaurant. Read more
