This was my first time ever going to Chipotle and the last!!!! This store was soooooo dirty! Food all over the floor, counter,... the glass shields, everywhere. I ordered a bowl took one bit and spit it out..... the rice was rock hard and it had chips ofwood in the rice. I've ordered this same order from different locations and I have never had my burrito be tossed together so carelessly.
Intially I was introduced to Chipotle by a co worker whom I was simply picking up his order, I figured it couldn't hurt....... adding another burrito bowl to his already ordered likings. I observed a server giving skimpy portions to the person in front of me; that was the firstred flag. I proceeded to ask for a... salad, and looked at the lettuce and felt sickened. The leaves were brown and very unappealing. I told the server never mind andleft. I doubt I'll return to this location. It didn't have any appeal to me to do so. Read more
I've only had good experiences with this location so far. It is very close to my work so I go a few times per month. I use the... app to order and it is always ready when I arrive and the staff seems friendly and competent. The portion sizes are alsoalways more than adequate. Every time I go. There will be no chicken. They don?t want to substitute but charge full. Need more polite employees and take... care of the customers. Most of the time they don?t give what we order for kids meal. Need some change. Read more
