Just went through the drive through. No one was wearing gloves and had to ask the cashier to wrap cone with a napkin! Went from... three different peoples hands with no napkin! They were all to busy playing around to even say anything. A waste of five dollarsconsidering no one will eat a cone handled by bare hands! Very disappointed in this location! Read more
The pizza was excellent. But need to lose the head set. It breaks up on my end. And I had to repeat more times than I can count.... I had the guy repeat the order and had it right. But when we got the pizza it had half on the receipt of stuff. Was not what Isaid or what he repeat back to me. So you made what was wrote down. Just not what I agreed over the phone . Read more

So disappointed for what has happened to our beloved Frosty Boy. Ever since it?s been under new owner/management it has gone... downhill. All the pricing on their website and the sign out front is apparently incorrect. When I questioned it they told me?yeah that?s an old sign.? They charge $15 for a small cheese pizza. They do not offer a kids size ice cream scoops so you haveno choice but to get an adult size ice cream and pay their extreme cost. They don?t have anything small sizes, it?s either adouble scoop or a triple scoop or a medium or large, nothing smaller. They do not read your order back to you, so they get iswrong every time! For me and my one kid for ice cream, pizza and french fries, I just paid $30. And waited 45 minutes to get myfood. When my food came it was wrong and I had to wait longer!! Ordered a small plan cheese pizza they brought me a meat loverspizza!! They also don?t give you a recite. This place used to be a small ice cream shop for locals now it seems like it?s aover priced Business who doesn?t care about their customers, especially families with kids. Read more

Not the best place to eat or work. The prices are very high and the managers create a very toxic place for the employees witch... most of them are still in high school. My friend used to work there and the manager at the time( i think her name was sherry)had a really bad attitude towards the kids and also the customers. Hope they can take a step back and try and make a betterenvironment for their staff and customers. Read more
