It's been almost a year of no specialty drinks because their "espresso machine is down". I've been told on three occasions that... the part is "coming in a week" but every time I come back I'm still unable to order a latte. I finally stopped the insanity oftrying over and over again and switched to Starbucks but it's really unfortunate because Dunkin' has THE BEST iced lattes andfor a great price. Even when the machine was working customer service was 2 stars at best so if I can't even get the drink Iwant there's no motivation to go back. Read more
It's been almost 6 months since they said their espresso machine was broken. They said they ordered a part and were quoted 2... weeks. Apparently no one has followed up on that because they still claim it's broken. Read more
I can't say enough about the people who work here. They are so welcoming and friendly. I was visiting from out of town and was... very impressed. This type of service is unfortunately uncommon. Kudos to management for setting great examples!???????????????????? Read more
First time I visited this location they had a sign posted that said "No lattes, cappuccinos, macchiato's, dunkaccions hot... chocolate", so basically just donuts. Next time I called ahead to make sure they had drinks, they did. It took them a while (indrive thru) to make our drinks and box munchkins(could see the line growing long) but the drinks were prepared correctly. Also,they close super early. Like 3pm.. Read more
I would never come back to this place. We had to wait for almost 35 mins in the drive-thru to get our order which was hardly 2... avocado toast and a coffee. Its high time they start doing proper manpower planning to cater the rush in their power time. Read more
My daughter loves sprinkle donuts, so I took her here a number of times after her school to grab one. The place is nice and... workers are friendly but I stopped going because they kept not having any sprinkle donuts, and my daughter would be verydissapointed. Seems strange, it's like an ice cream shop not having vanilla ice cream... Sprinkle donuts at a donut shop, nottoo outrageous of a request... I started taking her to Tim Hortons instead which is a little further away but she doesn't leavedissapointed. Read more
