Worse customer service I ever seen. Having a lunch date with my 9 yr old and every table got bread sticks except us. We waited... to eat after 15 people who ordered before us. Ok cool. It?s been over an HOUR and we are STILL sitting here with no food or nocustomer service. They have adequate staff so I don?t see what the problem is. So I go ask for bread sticks. I also been here solong that I needed another drink. It wasn?t made right and the woman with pink hair yelling at everyone gonna have the nerve totell the young man helping me to charge me 50 for an extra scoop of strawberries when my drink wasn?t made correctly in thefirst place?.it took everything in me not to lose it. I would like it when I ordered and pay for chicken alfredo to get it. Not just Alfredo and noddles :/ Plus their soda machine is... pretty much dying, you can taste way more syrup than carbonation. Probably won't come back to this location Read more

20 mins in drive thru then another 20 mins to wait for dinner then brought out wrong order. It's fine that not enough workers... but should tell customer how long not make them wait atleast an hour. Dining room 4 customers inside and we have to wait anhour. Very poor service. Read more
The food here is decent, though the wait times can get a bit long because it's not easy to cook good pasta in a short amount of... time. I would probably rate higher if I was actually able to get some food from here, but we were waiting at the drive thruorder-box for 10 minutes in silence and were eventually told we'd have to wait about 5-10 minutes. We gave up and decided to gosomewhere else. The people who came into the line just after we gave up were able to order and pull around, though. Not surewhat the deal was with that. Feels like the guy at the window just didn't like us. I'll definitely update this review if wechoose to come back and things have improved, but as of right now? Just be wary when you go. Read more
Salad was ok but missing items for Ceasars. My sausage zitti was awful. It needed a red sauce not cheese and a cheese sauce.
I don't know if decarlos m was out actual server but she was awesome. Attentive and made sure everything was right!!! The baked... chicken Parm and baked spaghetti with meatballs were fantastic. It's always nice to get quick Italian food that actually tastesgood and at a reasonable price! Read more
