The gentleman that assisted my mom and I was very polite and professional in taking our order. As we sat down though I noticed... that most of the table tops had not been wiped up after the last customer that had used them. There was only one other couplein the place. As we are currently waiting for our meal while I'm typing this the other customer got up and took his food to thecounter to have an issue fixed. I'm not sure what the problem was. It's taking a little longer for our subs to made then Ifeel like it should. And considering there's no one else hear. I started this out with a four star just because the gentlemanthat took our order was so pleasant but the longer I sit here I decided to take a star away. I believe it was the manager thatcame out to deal with the other customers problem and I stead of going over to the customer to deal with the issueprofessionally he stood at the counter and loudly talked with the customer to come to a conclusion I don't sense the othercustomer was very happy about his experience. I've been sitting here now with my mom for roughly fifteen mi utes waiting fortwo medium subs. The food just got here as I typed that. It looks good and I'm hope it tastes as good as it looks. I went for my free birthday sub, download the app and enter your birthday and it shows up in your rewards on your bday. Usually... they are pretty on point but this time forgot my bacon on my sub which was disappointing but the sub was still good. Read more
Excellent subs. It takes them a little longer than Subway to make your food but it's worth the wait.
If I could give it zero stars I would. Telling customers on a Monday it would be a 30-40 minute wait at 12pm is completely... unacceptable business practices. Honestly, this place was just sort of okay. We ordered 2 small sandwich meals, without drinks and it was $19. Yikes. I was... expecting a bigger sandwich for that price. As far as flavor, again, it was just meh/okay. It all tasted cheap or storebought/processed ahead of time. For the same price, we could have gone to Penn Station and gotten twice the amount of food forless money. The wait takes a while, so consider ordering ahead.
