Pricing is way higher then it used to be and the quality of the food has greatly declined. You can ask for your meal to be extra... extra extra hot and it won't be. The red peppers they use must be old as they have no heat at all. I grew up on this place andit kills me it's not the same. The employees are nice. Read more
Very good stuff! Everything is fresh, hot, and seasoned perfectly. We are on a tight budget this week and decided we could... splurge just this once. So glad we chose Great Wall. Customer service is terrible. Food is mediocre. Workers stand around and smoke cigarettes in the back with their aprons on. I... doubt they washed their hands or changed their aprons. Food will make you sick, and isn?t worth the money. Read more

I came all the way from Texas to visit family and one of the places I wanted to eat was at the Great Wall, my childhood Asian... restaurant. About 32 years ago, it was thriving and the place had an awesome team of waiters and waitresses. It was moreprestigious in service and in food and the place at the time was professionally clean and sanitized. They used to offer anoodle soup as an appetizer and than the main course meal. Wow, memories. However I was very disappointed to see the conditionit is in, it looks unkept and let down. The place could use a "face lift". I really hope that they will have a rebirth in theirwonderful business. Read more
Terrible customer service and terrible ability to complete orders. Of the 3 things we ordered, one was missing, one was... completely incorrect, and by some miracle one was right. When I called to complain, the employee was rude, dismissive, and toldme I could come and get the right order if I wanted (if I wanted to do that, I would have ordered pick up) and when I pointedthat out, he felt as though it were appropriate to hang up on me. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way you handle themis how restaurants are defined and the way this was handled is absolutely despicable. Read more
