Ordered the Pepperoni Duo pizza and it did not look nothing like the photo. Minimal pepperoni. I wish I wouldn?t have wasted my... money on something that did not match the product description. I ordered parm and butter on the crust and there was no flavor.I?ve had no issues with other Hungry Howie?s. I just figured I would order the one closest verses the one on the other side oftown on Portage Road, because I felt bad for the driver driving all the way over to my house when this was the closer one to me. Tried to pick up a pizza I had ordrered. When I arrived I discovered they lost my order. No apology, no "let us make that for... you." Fairly rude and dismissive. This was my favorite pizza chain but recently they just don't have it. You lost a regular notthat it matters to you. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered food at 6:16pm for a delivery (lost power and couldn?t cook since our stove is... electric) we figured we would just get some pizza & breadsticks. Big mistake. 2 hours goes by, approximately 8:16, stillnothing. Our status changed to ?on the road? around 7:15. 45 minutes being on the road and we live not even 5 minutes away.Finally, I had enough and went to go see what was up. I was genuinely concerned and was thinking our driver got in an accident,etc. I look online and it says the place closes at 9 & began to worry. I immediately notice how flustered everyone is inside anddecide to give them a break and just simply ask where my delivery order is. I hear the driver say ?oh yeah I was delivering thatbut came back? to the guy at the front. I wasn?t even given a refund for the delivery fee and they were very rude when all Iwanted was to make sure we got our food before they closed. I could have been mean about it and caused a fit, but I didn?t. I?mvery upset at the rudeness that occurred and for the fact that our pizza sat for over an hour. It was disgusting by the way.Just avoid this place at all costs, a lot better pizza places around that aren?t so rude when you wonder where your orders beenafter two hours. Also, guy says it takes 2-2.5 hours for delivery when the confirmation we got says 60 minutes. I totallyunderstand it being busy on a Saturday night but two hours is absolutely absurd. Read more

What can one say? Their pizza and bread sticks are amazing at a really great affordable price. I love going here after work.
