I started going here when another chain closed their location on this side of town. I wish I had gone sooner! I would love to give it a 5 star rating because normally I always get great service and food here but tonight was differently. I... ordered curbside and arrived about 30 mins after placing my order. Now, I?m parked out front and I clearly can see they areextremely busy! I notified the store I was there. I waited about 15 mins and decided to call to see how much longer it would be(if it was even done or not because I saw how busy they were) I believe her name was Veronica that spoke to me on the phone. Shewas very unpleasant. I stated I had a curbside and I was wondering how much longer it would be as I had been waiting about 15mins. Before I could even finish she states ?well I?m in the back i don?t know. We?ve been really busy? I understand completelyas I?ve been sitting here for 20 mins now watching how busy it was. She brings out my order & doesn?t say a word to me or evenconfirm it?s me. As she walks away she?s shaking her head. Extremely unprofessional. I?ve never had a bad experience here andit?s unfortunate as this is one of my fav places to get pizza. I understand it was busy & how overwhelmed it can get, but yourcustomer service still needs to stay a high priority. Hopefully her day gets better. Read more

I had a large order for a high school theater group, called to confirm a few things and Kevin the manager was great, acted like... he cared and took care of everything. When I showed up the staff cheerfully helped me load 34 pizzas into my car. I wasimpressed. The order was also correct, I would use this location again. Read more

Outstanding customer service and pleasantry. The manager, that evening. Or he should be treated us like family. We did a mobile... order and waited in the car. Ok staff delivered to me even though I'm outside there delivery area ???? food was ok deliver in a hour hot and made ok
