I went to the drive thru and was the 3rd car in line there was no car at the window and 1 car in the lot with no one at the... counter. I waited 5 minutes for the person taking orders to start taking the 1st persons order. I think that would be a goodplace to start a KFC restaurant. They have had issues there for years, even before covid. I won't be going back there, Lee's isthe same distance and they giterdun. Read more
By far the worse fast food experience I have ever had. I'm going to reachout to corporate. No one had any manners. None!!! For... starters we arrived at the window and the cashier had his hand out while talking to whoever to take my card and I was suppose toassume to give it to him. He had me pull off and had other pull off as well. Spent 25 minutes waiting in parking lot while carsbehind got there food first. No one came to say sorry about the wait or how long. Colonal Sanders is rolling in his grave. Chicken was definitely a lot smaller than I remember. Employees has no communication... skills towards other employees. Cashier failed to tell me and other customers that there is a 30 minute wait on chicken that isbecause the other employees failed to tell him. Customer service is very poor. Went through drive thru and opted to wait to for the chicken we wanted. We came inside to wait and the staff was was so so... friendly and welcoming. We even got an extra friendly goodbye when we left. Our large order was perfect and the food was spoton. Huge thank you to the amazing staff! Would recommend the gull road location all day long. The chicken breast and chicken sandwich were both cooked fresh. The mashed potatoes and gravy were a bit bland. For our drive... thru order, we received no silverware for my potatoes, no napkins, no salt or pepper and nothing for the naked biscuit. Thereis no excuse for the missing silverware or napkins! As far as condiments, I think you owe it to your customers to ask if theyneed any. Read more

I don't know how service or food could possibly get worse at this location. Welcomed by a robot voice welcoming me to kfc, only... for it to be interrupted by an employee only what I could describe as yelling into the mic telling us to wait and to ignore therobot so we waited, a different employee took our order and the whole ordeal was very confusing. Got the food after about 10minutes (which in reality isn't that long, but we were the ONLY ones there). No forks for Mac and cheese. No napkins. Nocondiments. Fries are nearly as dried out as beef jerky, Mac tastes like it was cooked in dirt water, tenders were very clearlyold and nasty. Not our first bad experience either, one day they were out of biscuits? Next time out of honey? Honestly justcomes down to whoever their "team" is hiring and their failure to choose the right people for the job. Everyone has zeromotivation to work. Every time I go to the drive thru they tell me it will be a 25 min wait. I don't even get to order. Are they not cooking until... you order, so they warn you first? This has happened the last 3 times I went, today being the 3rd. I won't try again, it's awaste of time. Read more
