Took 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich. Then the fries were not hot. Seems like they've gone downhill fast at this McDonald's.
I live in the area and have 3 McDonald?s all about the same distance from my house and this is by far the best one. They are... always kind and they have never messed up my order they actually take there time and make sure every customer has a greatexperience. Read more
Bought (1) McChicken and (1) McChicken +Extra Mayo & +Extra Lettuce. I waited in line from 2:58-->3:19pm. This included waiting... behind a car blasting music and smoking weed and sitting in 90*F weather. Drove home. Got home, ate the first McChicken. Openedthe second and guess what? NO CHICKEN PATTY!!! Tried calling 4 times, no answer. Drove back. Waited another 20+min in line forthe refund. Told the lady about it and pulled up to the window after waiting. Gave her my receipt, the bag with the buns w/thelettuce and mayo extras. She opened and saw no patty, threw it into trash. Called a young white guy wearing a red shirt over topunch in his code to do refund. Lady at cashier gave me $2 exact and my original receipt back. This was less than the actualamount it cost for my (1) McChicken +Extra Mayo +Extra lettuce. I did not even get my receipt slip back proving the refund eventook place. The lady looked as though she was mentally disabled. I did not want to be rude or cause trouble as I was alreadybeing accosted with rude and aggressive behaviors for my inconvenience I was causing them apparently (Slow line, no staff, hotoutside). These are supposedly all the customers fault. After wasting more gasoline than the meal cost and efforts to stand bymy principles wasting 1hr+ of my day, I have decided to never return to this restaurant. Nor will I be spending 1 penny at anyof the other restaurant's owned by GUADALUPE F. VELAZQUEZ (VS&F LLC). After 10+ years of frequenting these establishments, theyhave regretfully has lost all touch with their customers. Sabotaging the experience by hiring the bottom of the barrel andincorporating financial practices that are not in favor of the American Consumer. Read more
These are the most ignorant bunch of people in Kalamazoo, at least that I've had the displeasure of dealing with. Is it too much... to ask these jerks to say "Thank you have a nice day"when they are handing you out that $15 or $20 meal at the drive thruwindow, nope instead they look at you like you're a sideshow attraction and say nothing. There's more than just flipping Burgersand dipping fries in grease when you work in fast food, there's also good customer service obviously they lack that one skill.Well I guess they'll probably end up flipping burgers for the rest of their lives because they're too useless to do anythingelse, and the managers obviously don't train worth a darn. The food at this McDonalds location is never fresh. The shake and specialty coffee machines are always broken. I ordered a kids... happy meal, the fries and dipping sauce were not in attendance. You rarely get everything you ordered. Very disappointing. Read more
Sure would give them lying employees zero stars if I could! I asked for fresh cookies they gave me stale old cookies, then they... refused to give me the corporate number saying they don't have it. They are lazy as can be and just make excuses. I then go toeat my burger and my buns were on upside down and just a glob of mayo and I asked for LIGHT mayo and all they did was throw ahandful of lettuce on there. They are lazy and nasty! This is and has been the best McDonald?s on the west side of Kalamazoo!!!! For a couple years now. What you order comes fresh... every time ;) There are bad McDonald?s in Kalamazoo but this is top notch!! Thanks to a hardworking manager that keeps his crewgoing.
