Been here numerous times since I am a truck driver that goes through here a lot. Today I ordered through the mobile app and set... it for table service. When my order was ready they did not bring it out, eventually came to the dining room and told me my orderwas at the counter. I asked them to bring it out since I requested table service and the lady just said "no". What kind ofcustomer service is that? UPDATE: Ordered table service again. Same employee refused the service. Manager offered no apology asshe refunded my money. I will not be returning to this McDonalds. Read more
For a place with signs posted everywhere, I mean everywhere, that they close at 11pm??.odd to see 10 of us turned away with the... drive through closed at 10:15pm. Perhaps the signs need to specify drive through closes at 10pm. Read more

If I could give a 0 star I would. Came here twice in one night and the first time wasn?t very great. Took for ever and I was the... only customer there. The second time we came in right before 3 am and ordered from the kiosk. A worker asked if we were gettingfries because she needed to drop some if so, we told her yes, we have a large fry. After we placed our order, a different ladycame out and said she needed to refund us because she doesn?t have any food after 3 am (it was 5 after 3 am) and she supposedlydidn?t know we were there ordering? Even tho we spoke to her other co worker minutes before this. It was the weirdest and worstexperience I?ve ever had at a McDonald?s. Read more
This place is a joke!! Rude staff, the inside is dirty (filthy, roaches were seen around and on the tables. Had a mobile... order for the drive thru and it was closed and was told by the young person that I needed to come inside if I wanted my food. This is not the first time. The whole idea of a mobile order is for drive thru or curb side which I was told they do not offer. Big turn around in staff. No wonder because of the rudeness of management, especially from the Asian lady that works there aswell as other staff members yelling at other staff, swearing at each other. Kiosk wouldnt take orders, though it let me get through the entire order before telling me i needed to go to the counter. Drive... thru closed.... super long wait ( more than 10minutes) to get 1 value meal... this is the way fast food is trending,unfortunately. Read more
I've stopped by this Loves/McDonalds truck stop at exit 44 on 131 north of Kalamazoo for a snack break. It's new, clean,... well-lit, and has friendly people. The truck gas pumps are separated nicely from passenger vehicles. It is laid out well on theproperty. Nice! Read more
I just wanted some bacon mcdoubles, no onion. Got 3 earlier today they gave me 3 hamburgers no mustard. Went back to get 3 more... and then was given 3 double hamburgers. Got charged for all 6 as bacon mcdoubles and never saw a single piece. Absolutely hatethis location but the managers and everyone who works there that has been for a while are truely kind people Read more
