I went through the drive thru tonight about 6:30 p.m. to get three drinks. There were about 4 cars in front of me. After... finally placing my small order I waited at least 10 minutes to move up to pay. The gentleman at the first window was very politeand apologized about the wait. I then moved up to receive my order and the gentleman was very rude, just pushed my order at mealmost causing me to drop it. Not acceptable! This is not the first time the staff has been rude! This is the McDonald?s by my house and I go here all the time. They have really improved lately. Will who does customer service... often is a sweetheart and you can tell he really takes his job seriously. Management is awesome and I?ve watched them interactwith other customers from afar professionally, and empathetically. They are fast food workers who often get the least pay andthe most abuse. Think deep within yourself if you can?t show them grace, and feel strongly enough to go on google and right apoor review you have bigger issues within yourself. Be kind,always. ?? Read more
This location hardly gives decent quality food or a correct order. NEVER expect to get a Frappe at this location either. I have... found myself traveling to one further from my house because they will never have frappes available, never have ice cream, andusually the food is cold, not well done, or sloppy. This is probably one of the worst McDonalds in Kalamazoo, and you wouldn'tthink so. I have returned many times in the past few years to only receive the same exact service. Morning staff DURING the weekis amazing, and the foods always well made, any other time it's literally a gamble. Read more
I waited 20 minutes ordered one breakfast burrito one hash brown and a medium Coke. I got a small Coke one cold hash brown and a... 2-in breakfast burrito for $6.30. I live right down the road so I go to this McDonald's quite a bit. I have learned that becauseof the color of my skin (being white) I get treated extremely horrible there. They throw the food out the window to me they donot speak to me. They are very very rude. They do not seem to know how to do their job. Absolutely no customer service. Andit's becoming worse and worse every time I have been there. I love McDonald's I try to go to McDonald's for breakfast everyday. I love their food. Unfortunately I will never again visit this McDonald's. Have tried to reach out to the corporate office withabsolutely no contact back. I've asked to speak to managers they say no managers are present at that time. The absolute worstservice, absolute worst food I have ever eaten. They should change their name of the burrito to Mcbite burrito. For a burritothat size and cold food I would not have paid more than probably $2.50 being that I had to come home and microwave everything. Read more
As a door dasher, I can aptly say this McDonald's does not follow protocol whatsoever. I got a double order to go here, and when... I pulled into the drive thru and TOLD them I have TWO door dash orders, they didn't even bother to ask for the order numbers andjust told me to pull up. I got to the first window and they hand me two receipts that aren't relevant to me as they don't havenames or order numbers. Again they don't ask to verify the orders I have. I'm then told to pull into a parking spot and wait.After waiting they hand me ONE bag, it's at this point the guy asks me which order number I have, I give them BOTH, whichconfuses him, he goes back in to get a second bag. Neither bag has any way to identify what they just handed me. I'm not goingto open the bag to see what I have, and I'm pretty sure they weren't the right orders anyway. As a dasher, it is imperative thatI can identify what I have so I can match it up with who it's for. This protocol was not adhered to in the slightest and therewas zero organization involved. This is the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been too. 12:05pm, short line. I ordered a Big Mac meal that took 9 minutes to get... out. Meat: cold. Cheese: Cold. Service: cold. No napkins. It feels dead in here. Just like my burger was when they madeit a half-hour before I arrived. I wonder when the last time the Board of Health made a visit here. Read more
The one star is so I can leave a review. Can I put them down for -5 stars? Do NOT stop here. Drive up the road to another... McDonald's in Portage. No Please, No Thank you, No May I Take Your Order?! and they gave me a small mocha instead of a large.USELESS! The absolute WORST experience at any McDonald's I've ever had...and I'm 56 years old! This McDonald's is alright. Depending on when you go, there may be a line. However, the time that I went, the food was hot and... fresh. Just make sure to check the order going through the drive-thru. They just gave us one wrong sandwich. Other than that,I have not had any issues. Read more
