Ofc the appeal is the sheer amount of toppings, and the creamy frozen yogurt. I think because most of it is do it yourself, the... make or break is the staff. They just gotta be helpful if you need it, keep the place clean and restocked. I?m sure it?s asimplification of their duties but I?d think those would be of high importance for the store front. So. When the staff isn?tquite feeling it that day you can tell lol doesn?t really change the fun of the whole experience though. You also pay by weight,which can sneak up on you if you?re not careful. Came here yesterday after skating. The staff here are super nice and greeted everyone that walked in. There's an impressive... amount of toppings you can get with your frozen yogurt, even Dole Whip, which I'm upset I didn't realize until after I got mine.Oh well, next time :) It was good! Great, delicious, and many choices of frozen yogurt and toppings. A bit over priced but Menchies is still a great place for... dessert. Not much room to sit if a family goes in to eat though. Read more
Disappointed with delivery. Each topping is $1.25- $1.50, however, the portions are so small it is not worth it. I once order... chocolate covered fruit as a topping and received half of a strawberry with almost no chocolate on it. This picture is from anorder this week. Each tiny cup is $1.25. We ordered two 10oz yogurts and three toppings and the total was $30.67. RIP OFF. Noteveryone has the ability to drive to your location- make delivery more affordable for those who have to choose it.
