Great waitress??the food was ok?.I ordered the fish and chips but changed out the fries for garlic mashed potatoes. Potatoes... greatly needed some taste to them and were a little on the cooler side. But what was really concerning was the amount of coleslaw that you get. You know those little condiment cups that hold about 2 tablespoons? That?s the amount of cole slaw that youget but I?m being generous with 2 tablespoons? come on cabbage doesn?t cost that much! Read more
First of all I really did not want to complain, due to the problems with businesses and employees. I am going to leave a review... as it is the worst service I have ever received in my life. I have been coming to North 11 since it opened. We arrived andwere seated in a reasonable time. It took 20 minutes before a server arrived. She stated drinks were on them. When shearrived with the drinks, she asked if we were ready to order. We stated we need menus. She brought them and when she returnedmuch later we ordered an appetizer and three meals. It took awhile but we anticipated that with no matter where we went. Theappetizer came the exact time as the meal. We should've just returned it, as no one really touched it. The salad was broughtafter the meal. We did complain about both, but were very cordial about it. We were told that is how the kitchen is running. I get it, but excuse after excuse, no sincere apology. As far as the food, the appetizer was made half heartily and was soggyin the middle burnt on the edges. The two guests that I was with, enjoyed their meals. My meal was fairly decent. As far asthe food went it was fine. Although the service is the worst I have ever seen. Seems to be very casual dress code and many newemployees standing and sitting, lollygagging, etc. As far as the discounted drinks, they were not taken off. We had one drinkper person, nothing pricey. She said the manager would not approve it. I stated, you never should've stated as such. Sherolled her eyes twice. I did adjust the tip, but certainly did not stiff. She rolled her eyes later as well, when dropping offthe cc. I will not be returning for quite some time. There are still restaurants around with better and more appreciativestaff. Read more

A couple years back the business seemed to be going downhill, but I believe there was a change in ownership recently. My most... recent visit went really well! Got the nachos and they were delicious. Also was able to get a blueberry vodka and soda water; my?go to? drink, and was happy they carried a blueberry vodka. Service was friendly and quick. Four of us had lunch at North 11 on Tues May 30. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. Two of us had the fish & chips, two... very large pieces cooked perfectly. Fries were yummy. One had the french dip sandwich which was also very good. I had theimpossible burger which had lots of flavor and just the right amount of toppings. Side salad was great, plenty of diced veggiesin it not just lettuce. Server was very pleasant, kept our ice water filled and the coffee topped off. Prices are reasonable fora full service restaurant. Wonderful food and customer service! My fiancé and I were craving wings but didn?t want to drive all the way to Bdubs on the... west side. We?ve had a few other places close by and their wings are meh at best. My fiancé brought up North 11, which I neverhad before. My goodness y?all I have been missing out! Their wings were SO GOOD! Not some tiny, no meat wings. These were juicy,flavors were amazing! We got sweet chili, jerk and hot (Frank?s Red Hot). Prices are very reasonable too Read more
