Panera has been our (relatively) healthy go-to for many years. Tonight had to pick disgusting black stuff out of a $12 salad... along with an $8 "bowl" of soup and no baguettes as a "free" side. Back home, 20 minutes away so returning for a refund is outof the question. Last three meals have gotten progressively worse. I'm done throwing my money away. Read more

My pecan braid was overcooked. Poor customer service. I was told that someone would be right with us shortly. Ten minutes... later I ordered at kiosk. Then another ten minutes later I had to ask someone to get the pecan braid.. very few customers whenI was there but the staff was busy doing other things and couldn't be bothered with CUSTOMERs. Used to be able to pick up mobile orders through the drive thru. I used to get breakfast at Panera every day but now it?s just... too much of a hassle. For $6 a breakfast sandwich I would expect the service to be better. Read more

Walked in to place an order to go. Stood there for several minutes before someone begrudgingly walked up to the register and... finally helped me. Without a greeting and a half hearted apology, the young man behind the counter was obviously bothed that hehad to deal with taking my order. He was rude, insincere and impatient. I waited a reasonable time for my order while it wasbeing prepared, nothing outlandish, but I was ready to leave this rude place. When I got home I discovered that there was amissing item from my order. I should have checked before I left, but like I said, it was an unfriendly environment. I called therestaurant and spoke with a surprisingly very nice and extremely pleasant man named Josh. I politely explained that my order wasmissing something, he wholeheartedly apologized and made it right. My boyfriend went to pick up the missing item and Josh hadthrown in several treats for our trouble. So for the gentleman behind the counter that finally acknowledged my presence, youdeserve zero stars. Pleas learn some basic manners and people skills. Kindness goes a long way. Josh, you deserve 5+ stars.Thank you so much for being so kind from the moment you answered the phone. I appreciate what you did for us. Now the food, thatalone deserves 10 stars! I was notified that my food was ready and instead of notifying me that HALF OF MY ENTIRE ORDER was unavailable they just... automatically canceled it. I didn?t know about this until I was literally at the counter picking up my food! ???? then they hadthe audacity to seem irritated with me?! Yea just cancel half my order and not even ask me if I wanted to choose from somethingelse? Or give me other options available. ??????????? Not a good display of customer service. Read more

Went in store at 715 pm , they were open till 9 pm order two copies and two pastries went to get the coffee and all the coffee... was empty the only copy that had any in its own was lukewarm. I told the gentleman behind the counter he said he would make somemore he walked away I waited at the counter to talk to somebody else to see if I could get some thing else and everybody walkedby nobody said anything to me finally I just woke up. Where do I start? I had issues with this location from the get go. I ordered delivery. My order came about 40 minutes later when... I ordered. That was the only positive. Even though the driver picked up and go it here in less than 10 minutes, all of it wascold. Both drinks I ordered had so much ice in them and were both extremely watered down. One of our bread bowls were not evencut. We did not receive any silverware and had to get the silverware from the hotel we are staying at. Not a fan Read more

Got a delivery through door dash and I got moldy strawberries in my inedible fruit salad. Gross. Door dash took care of me but... like come on guys that's nasty. There's no expiration date on this either which seem sketchy. Read more
