Horrible experience. Only delivered one item not the wings. Called said they would re send order. Over a hour later it came.... Then driver said we had to pay cash for it. They messed it up and now you want us to pay again? Called they will refund us butnot the tip and still left with barley any of our food. Horrible place and service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read more
I ordered lunch a few days ago and was impressed with the speed and quality of the food! Within 10 minutes, my pizza was ready... for pickup. The staff member was pleasant and friendly. The food was delicious! I intend to revisit this store in the future. Read more
I ordered an ultimate pepperoni pizza with the new epic pepperoni stuffed crust. The pizza was ready when the estimate said, but... instead of receiving what I ordered, I got a normal pepperoni pizza. No special crust, seasonings, or extra pepperoni. The 2pizzas were a $10 difference in value. Read more
Terrible service!! This Papa John?s location is farming out their delivery service to Door Dash and then when the delivery was... lost, they had no ability to communicate to us where our food was. A clear indication this is a poorly managed business. Read more

So when a "medium pizza" $12 is as big as your hand and much smaller then the box that's made for it something is wrong. Then... the manager says our dough is a shrinking dough something is wrong. This is why the the store in portage gets much betterreviews. Never again! Read more
