First time stepping foot into this establishment and all I can say is it will be my last. No greeting upon entering. Person... taking order rude and not willing to answer questions about the menu. Go down to pay and before my payment was completed thecashier walked away. Went into the restroom directly after a staff member came our and was afraid to touch anything. Urine allover the seat, trash and used toilet paper on the floor, just plain disgusting. I will not torture my family by bringing themhere again. Read more

Been here a couple of times and service was ok. Went here on Wednesday this last week and as we approached the door there was a... young employee walking out and said ?hello? and then pulled the door shut, basically in our faces. I noticed the temporary hourshad said 11-4. It was 3:15. Not sure why the employee couldn?t have said ?sorry, we had to close early today? or something tothat affect but the whole experience was just kinda strange. Read more
I miss Paulie's in the mall and was searching for something similar and tried this place(westmain location) for the first time... this week. Food was really good. Just need that Paulie seasoning lol and could be a little less expensive. Disappointed thatthey weren't taking orders online yesterday and the same thing again today. Where to begin. From the moment I walked in I felt welcome due to the immediate greetings from all staff. The food was prepared... fresh from scratch, all the ingredients are prepped each morning for optimum deliciousness. One of the best subs you can get. Been going here for years. Great bread, great ingredients, and it's consistently that way.... They toast it up and it makes everything come together. Fresh lemonade and cookies. I like to get the big sub and make 2 mealsof it, because you will want more. Relatively fast since they make and cook it as you order. Staff is always different but thefood stays the same. Also, having travelled slot it does have an easy coast vibe to the food. Thicker cuts on meats, chopped,seasoned, goodness. Highly recommend.
