ohhh Pizza Hut, how terrible can you guys truly be??? waited over 2 hours for a delivery, I was informed it would be 25-35... minutes. Me and my husband have both called multiple times and they keep hanging up, you can't get a hold of anyone from thestore. They keep sending us to a number that hangs up, you can't talk to anyone at the store itself. Over 2 hours later wereceived the wrong food and it was cold. Sent the food back with the driver. Newer management this year is apparently taking a toll on what?s been a great pizza source on Gull Rd for some time. We?ve... noticed how it?s impacting the worker-bee employees and the accuracy and quality of the food in turn. Speak up for immediatechange to the management! Read more
Pizza overdone, ordered extra cheese didn't get it, pizza wasn't even warm. Charged my venmo card the correct price at the... window. 2 days later received a additional charge of $2.00 added by the store....... for what? Waited at the window 15 minutesafter the order was supose to be ready. Save your time, and hard earned money go somewhere else. Read more
I ordered a large stuffed crust and cheese bread sticks for delivery at my job for my coworker and I for dinner. Having a quoted... time of 35 to 40 minutes an hour and a half after I ordered it it finely got there. Hungry and no more time left on break I wasstill excited for food. The pizza was cold ice cold no sauce after I ordered it with extra and rock hard and the bread was notonly cold but couldn?t take the time to even cut it. I tried 3x calling to talk to someone about it and eather it would ring andring or someone would pick up and promptly hang up. This is absolutely really awful to spend that amount of money to just betossed away as a customer and trash that amount of food because it was so bad!!!! Pizza was an hour late the door dash driver waited in the store for 20 minutes even before delivering my order. My pizza was ice... cold by the time it got to my house. One pizza was made wrong. So, I called to complain and try to get my order fixed. I wasconnected with a calling service though Texas not the store itself. I asked to speak to a manager with the calling service andget sent to a voice mail that has not been set up. So you drive to the store to find a very rude manager who won't come out ofher office and two lovely and helpful cashiers who are trying to fix the situation but can't due to their status as employees. Place an online order for wings and 2 pizzas without sauce. Delivery was fast and guy was nice but i noticed once the driver was... gone both pizzas had sauce. I called the store I had placed the order and explained what happened to the girl. She kept denyingI ordered no sauce. I even told her I had the email showing I ordered no sauce. Finally I just ordered 2 more pizzas withoutsauce. I drove to the store and showed the girl the email. She barely looked at my phone and acted not interested at all. So totop it off I paid for 2 new pizzas because of their mistake. Plus burned my own gas to get the new pizzas. She didnt offerreplacements refund discount or anything. She didnt even apologize. Later on my husband called up to the store and she hung upon him. I will never order pizza from them again. I am so disgusted! Read more
Ordered $90 worth of food and the two pizzas and 10 breadsticks were completely burnt and inedible. Not sure what the problem is... at this store. We have never had a problem until recently. Must have some very lazy uncaring staff and managers to allow pizzato go out like this. Total disappointment. Order little Caesars way cheaper way better. Read more
Made an order on their mobile app and found that I couldn't access the delivery progress update after a half hour. Called the... store and went to voice-mail, but they don't have voice mail set up so it automatically hung up on me. Contacted support, theygave me the local stores number and the same thing happened, and they then refuse to pick up. I was scammed out of $100 and nota single pizza hut person cares. Avoid them altogether. Read more
