Poor Service! Waited 10 min past for my online order because the employees were too busy "getting ready for an audit" to serve... their customers. Four customers had to wait while they scrambled to make the line presentable. No apology for the additionalwait. Every time I come here they're either ignoring customers or understaffed because someone is in the back doing somethingrandom. Read more
The food was very tasty and substantial, but the you do pay for it. Roughly $ 10 for a Cholula hot and sweet chicken bowl. The... young lady behind the counter doing the food prep was very pleasant and another fellow was temping the different areas if thecondiments and recording it, which I appreciate. I would have given another star, but the floor in the dining room was stickyand that's just gross. Read more
Had a great experience with the young man working the counter on 5/14. He had a good attitude, was friendly, courteous and very... polite! It was customer service like I haven't seen in a long time in a lot of traveling. The food was good, too, as usual. Sadthat we don't have a Qdoba locally, but sure glad I can stop by on a trip! Went to get an early dinner. I chose the burrito bowl with the veggie meat for medical reasons. The choices of items were tired... or absent... no corn salsa, a lone handful of lettuce... all looked like refugees from lunch. The cost was over $10. Look atthe dried "meat" and the amount - look like a $10+ item? Sad Read more
I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with the extras. The food was amazing. Michigan just opened back up and we wanted to support a... business. We ate in. The music was too loud and was not a very good selection, normally it is not too bad. We were the only onesthere. The server talked to an employee that just got to work and she said the weren't very busy. If that is the case, perhapsshe could have emptied the trash can that was overflowing. Perhaps wipe down by the pop machine area and mop the floor. Doingthat will assure I would go back. I'll give it a week or two and go back and try it again. Read more
Ordered the new brisket Birria bowl off of DoorDash and my order contained 0 protein. Paid extra for nothing. Not the first time... my order has contained no protein after paying extra for it. Read more
