There was bad food - (underdone quesadilla with flavorless and ancient ingredients, and an ice cold burrito bowl), as well as... disengaged and vacant service - but those are not the worst parts. This location is bizarrely unsanitary to the point where Iwonder how they are even still in business. It's a health hazard to the general public. My boyfriend and I were stranded nextdoor to this Qdoba while our car got worked on at Discount Tire. We knew from past experiences that this location's condition isdownright revolting. But we were hungry for lunch and we graciously chose to give it another chance. Now we may very well havefood poisoning. Please investigate this location if you care even a little about the well-being of your customers. Read more
The last two times we have made mobile orders. They?re well over a half hour late to prepare them. Leaving us sitting there and... waiting. No refunds no apologies. We will never return here again. Read more
Understaffed, which is a reflection on the company and not the staff who were present and hustling. They did just fine. A small... error in the order, but it was still badass. No real complaints. Found out my bearded dragon likes Qdoba too, so no doubt I'llbe back. The bowls are the bomb. Read more
By far the worst Qdoba I have been to.. the manager was the one making the food. The food counter was disgusting. Then the... cashier lady had absolutely no idea how to do her own job. I ordered a nacho with chips on the side and she tried arguing withme that chips are extra. The manger just sat there looking lost. This place needs a total makeover and a deep cleaning . Terrible, the store was filthy, found 1 reasonably clean table. The prep area was covered in food scraps the burners had burnt... on food everywhere. The portion sizes were the smallest I think I've seen. If this place hasn't had a visit from a healthinspector lately then it needs one. Read more
Usually I would have no problem giving five stars for this location but this evening put a damper on that.. my boyfriend and I... got bowls steak and chicken, our usual go to. Sadly this time all his steak was raw and mine was raw in some pieces and bothunsure with the chicken.. both are sick to our stomachs after what would normally be a good dinner.. super disappointed thistime around. Always love some Qdoba Update on my review went there today to get me and my Daughter a nacho bowl literally the worst... experience ever our portions were so small and we got the large bowl I got barely a half a scoop of steak that was stuck to thebottom of the pan couldn't give me anymore or pull some out just give me the bottom scrapings ? Not even enough chips to eatwith but guess it doesn't matter since we don't even have anything in our bowl didn't even get a full scoop of rice I've alwaysloved this place but I will definitely not be returning back to gull rd for qudoba 23 dollars for that how crazy Read more
