Photos of my order made and order received below. Half of the order was not received (3 pork tacos WHICH WERE ON SPECIAL).... Please tell me why I must eat lettuce, tomato sauce, and chicken when I ordered a salad. Not even cheese? This is ridiculous.Please call me if you cannot fill an order. Don?t waste my time and money this way. I called the number linked google maps andno one answered. Poor customer service will not make this better. Improve or do not offer delivery service. Read more
Our order was shorted: 1sr an order of chips was missing and the staff was rudely not admitting it was short. Came home; hoped... to try their new shrimp protein; only to find that was missing too. The location is average (disorganized, they were assemblingorders in the customer eating area. Food flavor (what you do manage to get is good). Lesson learned; order in store and watchclosely every step of the assembly process and/or ask for active confirmation them to repeat what you ordered. Read more
Chicken Bowl rocks!! The staff was engaging and efficient. The food is always delicous and consistent. Recommended!!
I came here to eat with a friend. My friend wanted a veggie bowl. I told the lady at the counter what I wanted. She started... making it then told me they were out of veggies...they told me the people didn't prep any from the night before so I left. Howlong can it take to saute some peppers on the grill? I've been coming here pretty often but recently the portions are very smalland the chicken tastes burned. I will take my business to chipotle from now on. I won't be back! Read more
This is not a friendly environment, I have gone in to order food and a worker names kenzie was unbelievable rude and was too... distracted to do her job because she was flirting with her co worker a tall white guy. Luckily a women named kammi was on it andgot me my food fast and apologized for be me disregarded by her co workers. This place needs new management. Read more
I got fired for not coming in on a day I was supposed to be off. Court ordered and since we are short staffed they scheduled me... anyways and said I have to or fired. The nangers there are AWFUL. they sit there and smile in your face but talk bad aboutpeople like their **** don't stink. They do this to employees AND customers. Qnd wonder why nobody wants to work there.. welost alot of our staff because of management issues!!! If they could get good management then maybe people would want to workthere.!! BTW food is never 'fresh' it gets cooked at like 8 am and sits in a hot box all day until they run out then cook more.If they have extras it gets put into a bag overnight and used next morning. They aren't very clean. Cross contamination isunbelieve here. It's ridiculous just do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money on this dump. Read more
I would not recommend this Qdoda to anyone their day manager sucks !!!! It is under new management and the manager was the... rudest person that I've dealt with in many years. She rolled her eyes when my date could not decide what it was that she wanted.To be treated like that is wrong ,to think of the people who have to work for her, that has to be tough. Their proportions thatwe were given to us were so small I feel like I was robbed . My bill was $30. We could've went to a sit down restaurant andspent $30 and got a real meal . I Have attended this restaurant many times and never been treated like this before in my life,If I remember correctly that I have gone there in the evening before and was treated with so much respect it made my night alittle happier and the evening manager was a very nice lady .In My personal opinion that manager that works days should be fired!!!! Or At least sent back to class and taught some people skills, because she has 0 (none) which is really too badd, and tothink that's she some type of manager . That's very sad .
