The last time I was here was about 2 years ago. I went today for lunch and spent $16 on a bowl with nothing special and a drink.... It took about 15 minutes from the time I told the first worked I wanted a bowl to pay for my food. The guy making my food askingme what I want left mid order while I was talking to the back. They never finished asking me what else I wanted and just put alid on my food. It was dirty and the workers looked miserable. I know I was over charged but by the time I made it to theregister I was annoyed so I just paid and left and just ate half my cold food. I will not be going back. Chipotle is it for mefor now on. Stopped here while on a road trip. The health department should come this place. Its so filthy. We came in when the doors... opened. How does a restaurant open at 11:00am and look like it hasn?t been cleaned from the night before? My husband and I leftafter waiting in line for a bit and noticed how unkept the kitchen, the glass over the food, and the walls were even dirty. Gladwe left and made the right choice not to eat here. Place is very disgusting. Tables are sticky and covered in food. Drink machine has pop splattered all over it and is caked on.... Their is pop all over the floor and it?s super sticky. The utensil area is dusty and sticky as well. Looks the floors haven?tbeen swept in weeks. They don?t bag your food or even ask you for one. Other than that?s good is great. Read more

I've never been so frustrated with a restaurant before. I understand this is a brand new location but it got dirty real fast.... None of the tables were clean. The workers seem like they are just so done with life. The cashier just stood there on her phonewhile she ate a brownie leaving the other girl to make food (with the little ingredients they had left). Meanwhile the other twoemployees were chillin in the back. (I'm sure they were having a meaningful conversation) but I'm sure the two families and sixother people and thought they could carry on their conversation after work hours. Also, the cashier never asked us (or thepeople behind us) if we wanted a drink. After we went back up to the counter, she just gave us and the customer behind us drinksfor free. Arrived at 7pm with only one person in line in front of us. That customer was an employee on break. The employee behind the... counter chatted with the other for a while holding up our order. When we did finally order, the employee behind the counter wasrude and inpatient as if we were the reason for the growing line behind us. Once we got our food, we were unable to find a cleantable even though there were only three customers sitting down. I was not impressed by the staff and will not visit this Qdobaagain, we will go to another location even though it is further from our house. Read more
After hearing what happened from my wife's longer than necessary visit because they didn't want to cook shrimp for her, we will... no longer be visiting this establishment. I also would like to request the manager reach out to me so proper disciplinaryaction can be taken for the rude mistreatment of my wife. Update, tried again with this Qdoba. All the servers/crafters hadattitudes. One of them was texting on their phone with their gloves on and then went back to touching the register and thenfood. Most of them weren't listening and when I asked to have something on my food I was completely ignored, I know at least oneof those three people heard me ask for hot sauce. Went home to eat my food and my wife finds hair in her burrito bowl. Are youguys kidding me?! It cost me ?$30 just to throw away half my food.
