This is one my favorite places in Kalamazoo. Their food is so delicious whether you are in the mood for breakfast or one of... those ridiculously good stuffed burgers. The autumn burger and canyon burger with potato cakes and Serrano sauce for dipping aremy recommendations. Also the pancakes and omelets are good too ???? They have vegan and vegetarian options too, which is nicebecause everyone can find something they want on the menu. The owner is so nice, friendly, and always present and walking aroundtalking to tables. He really cares about putting out quality food and service and it shows! Awesome hidden gem in downtown Kalamazoo. Great selection of fresh made food. Staff was very attentive and took great care of... us. They also have signature coffee drinks. The homemade serano sauce is great and you can order a jar to go. Parking is limitedthough and it may be busy. Read more
Visited June 2022. Staff is really friendly. They have more vegan options than mentioned in the online menu (see pic). They have... coffees, but don?t offer any nondairy milks. There?s a coffee place down the street that is all plant based with food options aswell. Ordered vegan pancakes, vegan Italian sausage scramble and hubby ordered an omelette. He gives the omelette a 1 starbecause it wasn?t cooked with the veggies, but instead the egg was wrapped around the veggies like a wrap. The pancakes can beordered with blueberries, I also asked for cinnamon apples (suggested when asked if other fruits were available). I assumed thepancakes would be topped with the fruits, but instead it?s added to the mix. The vegan Italian sausage scramble was ok but Iadded salt & pepper. Studio Grill hit the spot. Jade was helpful and sweet. She made my coffee drink and offered great suggestions. The cook needs a... raise! Perfectly made scramble. Eggs weren?t overcooked and the ratio of ingredients was spot on. Staff all smiled but nothingwas over the top. A very warm chill vibe. Oh! And the sourdough toast and homemade raspberry for the win.
