Ordered online and got the wrong chips and cookies. Called back, and we were told they were out of both. I asked them why they... filled the order with things they THINK we may want instead of asking us upon pick up. Then, come to find out they left offbacon and a few other things from my fiancés sandwich (it was a new one, so they overlooked the name of the sandwich and onlymade him the Italian BMT). Let them know that too, and to their credit, they did refund my entire order. The guy on the phoneclaimed they would put my fiancés name on a board for a free sandwich for the inconvenience. We were SO grateful for everythingthey did UNTIL we went into the subway to redeem my fiancés free sub, maybe 2 weeks later, and he NEVER WROTE HIS NAME DOWN!!Again, so appreciative that we got a refund for our whole order being wonky, but don?t tell us you wrote his name down when youhad no intentions on doing so. Only here in Kzoo for training so I decide to go to subway for lunch. Terrible. Slow. Not very polite. No good energy. Didn?t... spread out the meat or veggies just threw them on the sandwich. Niles is a lot better. Read more
For some reason this Subway, which is inside Walmart, seems to be very particular on the amounts they make your sub(s) w/ . They... just donnot seem to put the "measurable" amt's on your sub. I'll definitely drive the extra 2 miles, give or take a mile, to goto a different Subway. Read more
As always a good sub shop to go to when on the road road or just home. I ordered the 12 inch Subway melt which was pretty good... but seems to be lacking on Meats this time. I also ordered a 12in sub of the day which was wonderful. I always love going toSubway for lunch they seem to be pretty Speedy Atmos locations. Read more
Great food. Nice staff possibly one of the best subs I have had from subway in quite awhile. Even when some customers were ... being quite rude they still kept a smile on their face and didn't let it bring them down. Thanks for a gr EA at time anddelicious food. Two thumbs up. Read more
